Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of findr.co and getfindr.co and the associated application and Chrome extension (together, the "Service"), operated by Findr. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Your content

You own the content you put into Findr — your resumes, job entries, contacts, and notes ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, and display Your Content back to you in order to operate the Service, including sending relevant portions of it to our AI provider when you invoke an AI feature. We don't claim ownership of Your Content, and we don't use it to train AI models.

You're responsible for making sure Your Content doesn't violate any law or infringe anyone else's rights.

3. Plans and billing

Findr offers a Free plan with usage limits described on our pricing page, and a paid Pro plan billed monthly, quarterly, or biannually. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the plan and interval you select, until you cancel.

4. AI features

Findr's AI features (resume generation, tailoring, cover letters) use a third-party AI model to generate suggested content based on what you provide. AI output can be inaccurate, generic, or require editing — you're responsible for reviewing anything generated before you rely on it or submit it as part of a job application. Free accounts include a limited number of AI actions per month; Pro accounts are unlimited subject to reasonable, good-faith use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. The Chrome extension

The Findr Chrome extension reads job-posting content on the page you're viewing only when you actively invoke it, in order to pre-fill a board entry or autofill an application form. Use of the extension is subject to these terms and our privacy policy.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Findr reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. In the event we discontinue the Service entirely, we'll give account holders advance notice and a window to export their data.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service, including AI-generated output, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Findr does not guarantee any particular job-search outcome, interview, or offer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Contact
