About Findr

Job seekers deserve a system too.

Companies run every applicant through an Applicant Tracking System — a single source of truth for who's in the pipeline and where they stand. The people on the other side of that pipeline have historically had none of that. Findr is our answer.

Why we built it

A real job search doesn't fit in one place by default. It's spread across a dozen browser tabs, a spreadsheet that falls out of date the moment you stop updating it, an inbox full of recruiter threads, and a notes app with half-written interview prep. Nothing talks to anything else, so the easiest thing to lose is the thing that matters most: where you actually stand with each company.

We started Findr because we'd lived that exact mess — reapplying to jobs we'd already applied to, missing a follow-up window because the reminder was buried in a spreadsheet tab, walking into a second interview without the notes from the first. The tools existed for the companies doing the hiring. Nothing equivalent existed for the person on the other side of the process.

What Findr is

Findr is a single, private board for your job search — every role, every contact, every interview note, in one place, synced across your devices. On top of the board, we layer the parts of the search that are genuinely hard to do alone: writing a resume that survives a keyword filter, tailoring it to a specific role in minutes instead of hours, and knowing which channels are actually converting into interviews.

It's built by a small team, moving quickly, treating every job seeker's data as private by default — never sold, never used to train anything beyond your own account.

Where we're headed

The roadmap is driven by what actually removes friction from a search: faster tailoring, better insight into what's working, deeper integration with the sites where jobs live, and more of the busywork automated away.
